Magma Spirit requires 2000 DP to summon. Are you trying to summon when you have 2000 DP ?

One way to have better server compatibility is to use Korean Aion 7.7 client,
then add an english translation patch, this is because Encom code is developed from Korean client.
Can you show me where is the english patch for the Korean Aion 7.7 client?
