I downloaded and tried this, but the error persisted

I ran it correctly for the usage of this pack file and I am using cc="2" enu.

If there is no problem with your client, I would like to download the Global version=287 version.

I tried 20 client downloads and 20 reinstalls, but nothing improved. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably EU with RUS L10N folder.

Guys i used the Not Aion torrent and it's working fine...
Client Aion 7.5.
EDIT: I did this to test, just use the torrent.

Yes, as a result of checking, it works well on the 7.5 client. But not in 7.7.
But it's not a big deal.

Finally, item enhancement options and some item bonus options do not apply.
Is this also a client compatibility issue?

Originally this emulator was 7.7 Korean, however some changes were made in the source code to be compatible with the 7.5 client, the Emulator also works on 7.7 but with stats problems and so many other problems to solve.
Many problems can be solved in the source code.
