- Your Linux Machine is a Virtual server or a Physical (real) server?
- How much RAM memory it has?
- Do you have 2 separated folders/directories for the 2 emulators? Or 1 folder where you extracted both emulator's zip files?

Check if your MySQL service is running and if it's fine (with Navicat).
