it still is same problem

I'd like to tell yew all that I got to fix mine problem with the database...but now I have another...during these days I've been playing und everything was doing fine, but just a moment ago I decided to give a test for internet connections...yew know, not local ones...but then this error comes up und I don't really get what it is....
Anyone have any idea what's the problem here??....I don't exactly get what this "Nioserver" is...

Yes, that I noticed, but I don't get what's wrong with the IP or how should I proceed now...for it works perfectly when playing in local connection...could I have missed something??...

Yes, I did...but still the database just won't bind the IP...it will only accept LAN IP...

I remember having this error after i manually killed apache and java in Task Manager and then tried to start the server.
Try restarting your PC.
Alternatively, just download the latest version of Novo's galaxy emu ( it's on 0.0.3 now ) and try that.

Seems like the issue is with Java, because it's seems unable to run java application, try restarting your PC as Kreeate told.
