Simple launcher made in VB 2010

how to edit it:
Is a project in visual basic,you need to have VB2008 or VB2010.
Just open project in VB and change link buttons, Videos and news.
Use news, made a html file align 100% center and use <li>text</li> in every line.
Link to ur ip, made a file .bat called vista.bat set ur ip.
Build a installable launcher, use a click team install creator.
