Thanks a lot, the game server is working now for me, but when i try start the game by running start.bat, it says this program is unavailable in your country :( I'm playing aion EU managed by gameforge btw, anyone got any suggestions? Thanks

search other d3d8thk.dll the one from repack is not good also look first what ENG u have in L10N

I assume you meant to change this line: Server.Country.Code = 1, I don't know which number is for EU/UK I tried to change it to 2 and 3, they didnt work :(

Hmm could you link me to a good d3d8thk.dll? also not sure what you mean by "look first what ENG u have in L10N" xD, Sorry I'm a noob xD

I've found the L10N folder, there are 2 folders in there ENG and ENU, what should I do with these?

Here's a hint... download the GameZAion patch.... install it and I bet all your problems are gone.

Give it a try.

yay got the game to start, but got the same problem as Haalden now, select test server, and the game is stuck there :(, I checked that the d3d8thk.dll is in bin32 folder, and I've used all the default username and passwords when configuring the gameserver during the first run. Any suggestions? xD

another thing i think might be causing the problem now that I'm using the gamezaion, I've done the 3.5 update on the NA aion, cause EU aion is soooo slow on updates, so I wanted to check new stuff in 3.5, would this the problem?

Make sure your country code is set correctly
1 = Na ( USA )
2 = EU

where do I set this? on the gameserver folder config?

Correct, will be in the config folder. Under the file name "gamesever.properties"
inside you will see this

# Server Country Code (cc):
# Default: "1"
Server.Country.Code = 1

change the number to your client version.

hmm, I've started the game, but I can't seem to add any item thats in 3.0, mithril medal, or any of the new gears, I've added kinah and lvl 50 elite ap armor fine, could anyone help?

any fix for long delay when collecting and attacking monster? collecting quest also require more items than necessary.

edited: nvm, i using u3j-aion-rev.436 all delay gone, but still collecting quest require more items.
overall i can play best without long delay in collecting or attacking monster.

more: i saw new update in trunk, stil no fix for long delay...

probably the server hasn't been updated with all the items since its still being developed.
If you got to:
gameserver > data > static > item folder, you will find the item_template.xml

just open it with wordpad, not notepad since the file is too huge for notepad, and do a search. (Ctrl+F)
I wouldn't know how to add them to the server, but at least this will give you a general idea on what the server does currently have. ^^
