Is this the most updated core? I don't know too much about the Aion Servers (Used to have Mu Server, and Argentum) I just want to know that and start reading some information about how to started up!

probably the server hasn't been updated with all the items since its still being developed.
If you got to:
gameserver > data > static > item folder, you will find the item_template.xml

just open it with wordpad, not notepad since the file is too huge for notepad, and do a search. (Ctrl+F)
I wouldn't know how to add them to the server, but at least this will give you a general idea on what the server does currently have. ^^

Oh Thanks for the information, thought a 3.0/3.1 repack would have the gears, I just want a server so i can create and add new gears to my char to take a look xD if you or anyone could help, I would really appreciate it

Now i wanted to know how can i change the russian laguange? To English or Spanish i can play because i remember what the combobox says but i don't understand russian...

Also when i hit a mob it does not take any damange.
Potions effects don't turn off properly
Is like a delay when i try to take a flight

I can't guarantee that it will work, but it is worth a try. It may fix both your and Tidius's problems. Please post back here if it doesn't work.

I'm sorry to hear that.

I am using Aion 3.0 NA. I downloaded the GameZAion patch from their website and patched my Aion 3.0
It works perfectly for me, with no major issues. The core does have many bugs, but that's all we have at the moment.
The idea is for people to investigate, learn, study, and start to fix the bugs ourselves.

That is the only way we will get Aion 3+ to work properly for everyone.

id4hack mentioned that server version U3J-Aion_rev.436 has the problem fixed for monster delay and gathering. Its not the latest version but has the fix. Dwarfpickers is currently using this server, until she updates it with the other cores :3

As for your language issue, seems its not loading the correct language pack in the L10N folder. Your start up bat file should state which to load depending on the region of your client, the cc: part is the country code, maybe changing the russian part to enu/enu.pak will fix your language problem.

I'm using the rev 453 (I updated through the 1. SVN Update Source) But the "Start AIONEmulator" seems to creat me a new partion called "Z"

I have "C:\Aion Server\AIONEmulator" and the same files are repeted in "Z:\" so I don't actually know wich one is beeing used and so wich one is the updated one, is there any command in-game to check the server rev?

@labs00 Thankkk you a loot! You fixed the language issue but still the mobs don't recibe any damange :S

For the Z drive, didn't noticed at first but it does create a temporary virtual partition. when launching, it creates it for apache and for the sql server. Once the server is shut down using the Stop AionEmulator.bat file it will remove it.

I would suggest to download the 436 version and downgrade the server, just replace the files in your AionEmulator folder and run it normally, prob will have to reconfigure your server again either manually, or just run Step 4 in the SVN Aion EmuSource. Previous post in this same topic mentioned that the latest one does have the delay, it won't register till the monsters actually decide to attack you.

You are correct, the client does need to be downgraded to 3.0.x, the server doesn't understand anything above what it supports. Guessing because different client versions use different packets and encryption and such.
Kreeate mentioned using gamez aion patch on the NA client and let it patch up. http://gamezaion.com/Gamez%20Aion%20Installer.exe (Note: the isntaller doesn't downgrade the client, the forum of gamezion has the downgrade file to be done manually. )

Common Problems with the Login:
1: country code isn't set correctly
inside the config folder, under the file name "gamesever.properties"
inside you will see this

# Server Country Code (cc):
# Default: "1"
Server.Country.Code = 1

change the number to your client version. 1 = NA (usa), 2 = EU

2. d3d8thnk.dll isn't working properly

3. start up bat file, if the IP is set to your internet but your server is set to default 127.0.0.1, you won't get pass the select server, both ip's need to be the same, server and the bat file.

Place the file inside your bin32 in the client. It was mentioned earlier in the post that the one inside the repack isn't working correctly and use gamez aion instead. I have extracted and uploaded. Hope this helps to get you logged into your server. ^^

this repack by dwarfpicker is good so far. works like a charm. u dont need to install java, coz it's there. u only need set JAVA_HOME to portable java in the pack, and all to go. apache and mysql is there too. even easy svn update script already in place.

the main problem is the svn itself still hav bugs. and regarding long delay issue in using skill, collecting, attacking monster, swarlog (utj-aion community forum) say gonna check it. but i test that rev.436 dont hav that issue, except bug in collecting quest (need more item/drop than it requires for compliting quest) already there.

i also get bug in teleporter npc that now work and always say ""You cannot use it because you belong to different race". also missing blue power generator in place for Barring the Gates quest. anyone can confirm these last 2 bugs?

It didnt fix my problem :( still says can't add the item to my char or the item doesnt exist when i try to add any 3.0 gears, game seems to run fine, please help :(
