The Vert Texture is from the 2.7 Client? Weird has NCSoft removed this later or why is this missing in the 3.5 Client?

@Beckupgaming the file was edited by me, but the 2.7 file should resolve the issue.
Yes it's weird, it seems that the problem is only in 3.5 NA.
