why monsters does not attack me and monsters does not walk around ? maybe I need modify a config file parameter.

I recompiled source just false condition like below

I used new generated AL-GAME.jar replace old one
then I enter game anything is ok
monsters was walk around and will attack me
I dont know why = =

previously I met a exception in game sever console
but when I re import all sql file into mysql
game server does not show that exception
maybe this exception make me server monsters not work
not just easily false that if condition
. nevermind....
