download new jdk your pc system versions www.java.com website

and edited your pc system environment Variables, and enter the data correctly into
user variables:
JAVA_HOME
c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_51\
system variables:
JAVA_HOME
c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_51\bin\
restart the pc and work java.
amd emu inserted GS and LS start bat
SET PATH="c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_51\bin"
configured emu, and create database
and start emu

You don't have enough ram, only 373MB left and that's why the game isn't starting, you need atleast 3GB to get the game and the server running.
