Yep, sorry for the mis-understanding as far as localhost and lan connection with other computers on my home network.
I still would like to figure out the chat server error anyways.

chat sercer config folders -- chatsercóver properties edit

gameserver -- config folders - network folders -- network properties edit

create a database user with password in it

My Navicat is configured with the User :root and password: aion, even restoring any files in the folder sql no want to register my navicat

Start your own navycat go into the database you created
where having put login and game server sql
and search for gameserver there click on it

paste

start button click

now start emu, good luck

continues, the server is saving in a database automatic, he doesn't want to save in navicat

As I watched this a private server starter
If someone removes game, he can connect to their server
