Nope... Well i tryed and still same error. If you want some files i will take e shots and upload them to see if i have something wrong but from what i see there is no problem.
When i extracted all files in same folder from RAR fine from the first page in this thread i read the readme then started Setup.bat on all ENTER (default options) then when finished and then clicked A option (start server from 1-click) everything go fine, I got Z: drive with server files and when it show Starting Game/Login/Chat server and they apeared in 3 windowses on all was flashing the " _ " and the text about problem with JAVA. After that i searched if i have java (have fresh windows from 2 weeks) then tryed again.... NOPE. Then checked if i have java in PATH (had some problems before with that on L2 server) .... added corectly destination. Tryed and again NOPE. Then came here to check if someone have this problem and added command line for JDK portable manualy to the three GS/LS/CS. Again tryed and again NOPE. Then restarted the computer, the server, several times and again nothing then i saw last comment from page 20 about checking Navicat database and MySQL. I opened Navicat and i coudnt connect with MySQL. Then installed and configurated the MySQL and again the DB were empty. So i gave up and came here to complain in hope finding a solution.

Edit: hahahah you wont belieave what was the problem. its because i had installed normal Java not specialy for 64 bit windows :D
Now everything is working but where to change the IP ? And how to connect with the server because i got "Server is down" but i think this is from the IP.
Also what file i need to send to my friend so he can join me. Only aion_start_local and d3d8thk with my hamatchi IP ?

If this is your first try i dont know. See manualy if there is such a file. If you started the server before and this is your second try you should stop the server C option and then start it again. I had the same problem but with GS/LS/CS

Ok everything works perfectly. Thank you ultra very much :D even if you have donation i may donate. My only question is how to make this server... "close rage" private server. I and some of my friends want to play but i dont know which file to send. I modified aion_start_local to search d3d8thk.dll with Win7 IP Generator and send the file to him. Only strange thing is that he is with Win XP. When he tryed to start the game he got Dont send error. Does he need to add something in ....system32\drivers\etc\hosts or im wrong somethere?

Mmmm... from what i saw i think you need to update your java or you have a broken library. Try turning off your antivirus and try to redownload and start the server :/

use Navicat (in tools folder). Connect with MySQL with password aion dont touch other things. Click test connection if you get an error use port 3316 instead 3306

the project is new and i dont see any problems in it. The only thing is that NO ONE is helping me how to make it private. My friend is stuck at the login screen when he type name and pass and click connect

Im trying with Hamatchi and what IP i need to add in the router to foreward the ports 7777/2106
