So I have tried both 4.0 and 4.5 .. both seem to be working fine in a vm .. the game login and chat servers all seem up .. When I attempt to connect from my pc on the same network I can login but the server shows as being down .. I am getting stumped and wondering if anyone has ideas .. my ip range on the lan is 192.168.1.* with the server being on 192.168.1.111
check the ipconfig file in your gameserver's settings, and bind it to either 192.168.1.0 or 0.0.0.0.
Tried both of those , theres no change .. I am using a no ip launcher that includes a server up monitor .. that shows login as up and server as down when it points to 7777. I don't know if that's related .. I added a 2nd server to the database and now two show after login but both as down.

also check your LS/Chat server bind addresses - those commented as "listening addresses" in network.properties - these should also point at 192.168.0.0 or 0.0.0.0 - these are actual bind ports for LS/CS

so ran the 4.5 1 click and it all works great except only on localhost.. is there any way to get this to work from an external address or do I have to run an earlier server ?
