so how to solve ?

Another thing that is not enough to install on java environment variables must be set
start menü - my pc - properties - advanced system settings - environmental variables
Your user variable to append the java paths are line
JAVA_HOME c:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_21\
under System variables and forth paste this for your own benefit and that its path
JAVA_HOME c:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_21\bin\
and if you have the bat to start the environmental variables reboot the machine and see if the login at startup

Is there a fix for making character remodeled items to be saved? When I remedel something and I log out, the item is gone from the character....
Stupid Question ... Do I need to wait for client to be complete dl before the start locally? I can still play before the end of the installation?
You would need the fully and freshly installed clean client to play the server, but setting up and configuring the server, you dont need a client.
