Guys all these problems and more were given ample solutions in the first hundred post or so, and i seem to remember i even put links to
some of my own private work here aswell. Dunno if those still work, haven't been here 4 a while now; I KNOW it's a hell of alooot of work
to look for all the answers but if u only look abit i'm shure u'll get to the bottom of it. Seen some issues in the last pages ppl had months
ago when this release was posted 4 the first time, were all easy fix. Dunno if myself had more than 15 min issues b4 i started playing on
my server, not more than that. So it's easy, u just need to know where to look...

Ok, since I noticed alot of ppl have problems with alot of things, figured maybe there's something I can do to make it easyer on every1. Perhaps this is just what u need, and it helps, but if it doesn't then well... I can say that I tried... BTW, if u're a hardcore fan and rly hate cheaters in your everyday aion stuff, then maybe it's best if u don't add "Silona Lord's Pinions" to your inventory (187000118), it's gonna ruin your day... kind of. But if u like being harder to kill than a GGT, then well, you'll prolly need this equipped . A custom made Account with preadded character available for your convenience [Name: "Avenger" Pass: "Repelon"]. I wish u all to have fun, and enjoy this release; almost forgot to mention. I take no credit for anything in this release, it's the same thing released by dwarfpicker, I just removed the errors and stuff.

There... even managed to found my old post. There's hoping it still works and stuff... Just follow the instructions, it will undoubtedly work for win 8 64bit with the bin in the link(lol worked on mine) and the serv. itself can run 4 client versions no higher than 4.0.0.9. U can try with 4.0.1.x, but at your onw expense, nvr tryed that myself...

Had a newer improved server version running recently in fact, and ment to update the one stored on cloud with a fresh copy, but got lazy and now the one on my pc
got a shft+del ban (i got angry the server can't support more than 3 class skill list combined, that's no more than 4k skills... i like to experiment....) anyway, but this
one is still good too, should work fine, and it leaves room 4 improvement, u can make it just the way you like it. Anyway all this being said, all else is just repeating
myself... there's a working lan mod/patch/stuff thingie around here, seems afew ppl need something like that, but if u want to make your server private global access
KNOW that the server is FULLY CAPABLE of doing just that. The only problem you currently have is the CLIENT side limitations. Some ppl seemed to work on that
the last time i was here. Anyway that's mostly irrelevant; sorry if the caps annoying... Anyway hope you find what u looking for, and keep up the good work guys.

Ok having an issue with players not being able to connect once they get their studio apartment and logout inside of it. I noticed i could tell what players loged out as it puts an id in the world_owner field in the players database. so i tried change it back to 0 and moved the toons xyz and map coordinates to a safe place (starting location) and they can log in fine. It does not happen when they log out in a hosue,estate,etc only when loging out in studio. Perhaps because of it being an instance or something. How can i fix this or what is causing this to happen? Please help thanks.

Guys how the hell can i be a freaking admin. I cant find the account data in the test server. I refreshed it 100 times. And there are no .sql file in the folder. How am i supposed to execute the sql file in order to be an admin?

Sorry for bothering you all again but this is whan i done and i need helo and i hope this is clear enought for other players that cant connect or have problems
Im trying to run the server with Hamachi and i put my in ipconfig and in the networks (connecting/listening) to search the servers at this IP.
I for myself changed only the IP of the aion_start_local and run the game and i can play (i use Win7 x64)
I send to my friend d3d8thk.dll from Win7Unlimited because when i send the one from Win7IPGenerator he get Dont Send. (he use WinXP 32bit)
I send him and aion_start_local with my hamachi IP.
Im in the game but he cant even "reach" me (when he start the game The Anouncment is from the original server)
Yesterday we tryed many thigns and i think when we set for a port in aion_start_local " * " hes Anonuncment has changed he loged in and before showing him Terms of something he got Cannot connect to hte authentication server.
Because of this i think we have problems with the correct port. I THINK i forewarded my pors (7777,2106,10241,8096) but when i was forewarding i needed to select and Incoming ports so i made a range like 7777-7777 for all of them and im not sure i forewarded them.
Also i think for playing with hamatchi we dont need ports.
Are we doing something wrong? The problem is in the server or in the launcher or in my friend (Firewall,AntiVirus...etc)

In the beginig of the summer we played lineage 2 and to connect i changed same things (comunity server/gamserver IPs and ipconfig) + in hosts there was something like lienage2authent.. where i changed the ip. Isnt this the same thing like in aion/bin32 config.ini ?

It's quite simple actually. Fire up your server and then use Navicat (it's in the Tools folder in case you didn't notice) and add a new connection if it's not already there.

Connection Name: anything you want
Host Name / IP Address: localhost
Port: 3316
User Name: root
Password: aion

Test the connection and if it works you can add it. The databases should show up automatically: aionws, al_server_gs and al_server_ls (the latter containing the table for accounts).

you know you are not showing anything, right ? At least try yourself, add some info about your problem, and these pics didt show much more then loading files
