Hi, I also have these 2 problems... can somebody please help me? I've fallowed all steps I did my best but still not enough...
Please... just some aid..... Can't make it work no matter what I do....

im using the NA version
what version of the na tho go into your client files open up version and look there im running version 4.0.0.19 and not having any issues at all it shows a disconnection in what looks to be your login console hard to see behind your client tho if ur version is good take additional screenshots of each console and ill try to help

i got the game working now..thank for the help
mind if i ask what you did?
at first i got java memory error..solved it by giving memory to java in gs.bat
then the game freeze when selecting the server because i messing with the database..
so i just copy paste my backup database and it work!
figured thanks for the info in case someone has same problem
if anyone knows how to pull item masks let me know plz and ill implement all the newer items if there is a way i would be greatful to know :)

Im having a gigantic problem...
Ive got error "no game server is available to the authorization server (6)" every time i try to connect to my server
(I can log in, when i choose "Siel" i get this error)
if mask = * Then it shows error thet there is no gameserver online (Siel offline)
If mask = VPS IP, then i got errors on gameserver startup <<-- wrong password in batabase
launch command -Ive got this .dll file in my bin32 folder.Code:start Bin32\aion.bin -ip:185.38.248.71 -port:2106 -cc:1 -lang:enu -noweb -noauthgg -ingameshop -nowebshop
All Aion server Ports (in&out) are unlocked.
(except 9014, 9021, i triggered them as unlocked in my firewall settings but still they seems to be locked)
PS. server runs on VPS server (ext ip)
When i run it on my pc localhost, everything works just fine...

I'll try now to change every "127.0.0.1" and "localhost" to my VPS IP and see if that works, also with VPS IP as mask :E

are you running it on or off your network if ur running it on ur network u wouldn't connect with ur external ip if it's off your network then you shouldn't be having a problem if problem persists message me and i will try to helpHey :)

in your login console it shows ur gameserver has died
try process with a clean sql and report results

Problem solved by soifonowns :)
It was .dll file fault.
(If You're hosting Your server on VPS, then use LoginFix ip generator, it really helps)
