depends what version you want and what you want for instance if you want 4.0 without doing alot of work go this version it also depends on ur level of knowledge for the modifications of it if you want geodata or anything do it from sourceOriginally Posted by kingzxc

Try installing newest version of JAVA JDK and Set JAVA_HOME patch
Right click My Computer and select Properties
On the Advanced tab, select Environment Variables, and then add JAVA_HOME and point to where the JDK software is located, for example, C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_51
Then restart Your machine.

So, before I download the entire Aion client, I want to ask if this server files are compatible with the latest "UK" Aion Client (as of now I think is 4.5) because the game is not available in the US...will I have some problem later? or do I need to downgrade to a specific version (I read 2 pages before that it requires a 4.0.0.3 or 4.0.0.19 Client)...

Server files, just as this thread title, are for Aion 4.0
Idk if 4.0.0.3 or 4.0.19, I play on 4.0.12 and everything works just fine).
Also, on the first page:
- This Server ONLY works with NA UpToDate client
Which means, You won't be able to play on UK/EU versions. UpToDate means that You can't play on any lower version (or higher i presume)
So basicly all You need to have is 4.0 NA
PM me and I'll send You 4.0 and 4.5>4.0 downgrade ;)

Ok, thanks for the quick response pal. I am currently downloading the Client with the official NCSoft Launcher, it says Language EN, don't know if its US or not. Also I would like your patch downgrade too, I already PM you

4.0.0.19 works it's what i run the downgrades should revert it to that version from 4.5

You don't have enough RAM.
Try editing startGS.bat
JAVA -Xms1280m -Xmx1280m -XX:MaxHeapSize=1280m
to
JAVA -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxHeapSize=1024m
If not working then
JAVA -Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:MaxHeapSize=512m

I'm having the same login problem as mialuisa on page 94, i get to the server selection but after 15 min nothing i dont get in the game.
The GS is up and i see my connection attempt but nothing after.
I get the client today so i guess it's 4.5 is there away to downgrade?
