Check in Your database if You have Your account created.
al_server_ls > account data

If it exists, try creating new account with Your password and just simply copy Your password to first account.
If not, enable Auto-create accounts in Your GS config

change your access level to 5 not 6 first off 2nd off go ahead and post a screenshot of ur login server and gameserver while ur try to connect if it comes up to 0:0:0:0:0 while ur connecting change ur login coordinates then login again

redownload sounds corrupt

i started doing some custom scripts for this game if anyone would be willing to trade for some diff scripts they wrote so we can better everyones world let me know

I looked at the records of the cm_login.log

2014-03-01 02:55:16,834 [AUDIT]FloodProtector:127.0.0.1 IP too fast connection attemp. blocked for 15 min

and add local ip here:

Aion Lightning 4.0\AIONEmulator\loginserver\config\network config file

# Ip's excluded from flood protection
loginserver.excluded.ips = 127.0.0.1

man i think u need to format your pc and make 64 Bit to have 6 GB ram .. Windows 32 bit have only until 4 gb ram .. so you lost 2 gb ram

Before a months ago i started the server for fun and i play until now only lan .. Localhost..
Can i make it to play with friends?
We are on EU with client GameForgee..
