[Release][Client] Aion no auto emote for 4.0

Here is a file I made to avoid any auto emote in Aion which are really annoying for any roleplayers or peoples that want to avoid spamming emotes while talking.

It won't remove "/emote" syntax but your character won't perform emotes when you say something.

I don't know if it works with EU client since I am using NA.

It won't modify your client since it's just a file that you place in a folder and it'll override so it's pretty easy and safe to install/remove and edit.
