the port the server try to connect is already in use. Check your programs which maybe cause trouble by using the same port as the gameserver.

im having a trouble in the latest Gameforge EU client. When i try to run Aion clinet this message will pop-up "This program is unavailable in your country"? What do you think is the problem is?

you need to set up:
.\AIONEmulator\game\config\main\gameserver.properties
and in start file:# GS Country Code (cc)
# Examples : NA : 1 / EU : 2 / RUS : 7
gameserver.country.code = 2
start bin32\aion.bin -ip:127.0.0.1 -port:2106 -cc:2 -lang:eng -noweb -nokicks -ncg -noauthgg -ls -charnamemenu -ingameshop -DEVMODE "con_disable_console 0" -DEVMODE "g_chatlog 1" -DEVMODE "g_auto_disconnect 0"

1st check your .\aion\l10n\ folder. In ther is another folder called
DEU or ENG or FRA or...
then you need to edit in your startfile
-lang:DEU or -lang:ENG ...
depends on what language you did installed with EU Gameforge client.
Else if you use NA clientyou need to set up cc:1
and in your start file should be -lang:enu
