There are no teleport bugs. Some locations only become available after you do something in-game. It's scripted like that.

Goto Poeta and do at least the ascension quest. Sanctum will be unlocked. From there, other locations will progressively become available as you play.

On my local computer server starts well with Windows 8, 6 GB of memory but on my VPS Windows Server 2012, 4GB memory server starts well but after it crashes, you have an idea please? Sorry for my bad english.

As for the compiling, go back to like page 3 or 4 or 5 there is a detailed guide there with a step by step. Everything you need is included.

My Question, the droplist.dat its not modifyable how do i change the mobs drop, also the ingame admin command ain't working could someone help me out with this one ? Its a big issue.

To answer some questions:

1.
This Aion Lightning release has a generated droplist, named npc_drop.dat.
You will find it in the root of static_data.
Aion Lightning has onlly the droplist generator source, so you will be not able to change something in the droplist.

2. As there is no Geodata available, even if you disable the Geo engine you will have a lot of issues in game.

Aion Lightnig has changed the GeoData Engine since release 3.0, so the old 2.7 GeoData will not work.

So, actually is good to learn but not for a live server.
