[RELEASE] Original Aion 4.7.1 Server files + Tools+Utils 1 Click Server

i have 4.7 clientt i download all required files it dont know how to setup them

hi guys i was able to run and connect to the server using the 4.7 Chinese client .. is there a way to make a Chinese client into english?

How much ram is needed for start the server?

I have windows 7, 32 bit...of course only in localhost.
