Create a folder and name it whatever you want, then right click on it and click on SVN-checkout. Paste the source svn checkout URL and start downloading.

Try reinstalling the Tortoise-SVN if you keep getting errors. Good luck! ^^

I think is based by this error,and when i try to start the server with bat they give me an error by library

That's normal, don't worry about it. Just run all the build bats and also make sure your java environment is set up correctly.
