I open all ports on windows security but i'm not sure on box :/ I'll check this... i'm really a big noob .. i don't think about the router ports ..

problem solved - wrong Ports and not all ports were open !!

Maybe you got the file PanelGS.bat istead of StartGS.bat then...
1. Open AIONEmulator\game\PanelGS.bat with editor of choice
2. find line (looks maybe a little different)
3. Change these toCode:SET JAVA_OPTS=-Xms1280m -Xmx1280m -XX:MaxHeapSize=1280m -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=8998,server=y,suspend=n -ea
-Xms1024m -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxHeapSize=1024m
or
-Xms768m -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxHeapSize=1024m
4. Safe file and restart with option 1.

check your path to your java jdk
1- Make sure you have Java jdk 7 installed.
Here is a link for the Windows 64x version ( http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/j...indows-x64.exe )
2- Now press Windows Key+Pause
3- Click on "Advanced System Settings"
4- Click on "Environment Variables..."
5- Add the following variables (for you important is only JAVA_HOME):
6- Click OK
7- Try starting your Server!
i work pc in windos xp x86 x32
just add into your start file for your server ontop a new line:
set JAVA_HOME="Path to your Java JDK"
e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_21
