4.0 emu bug and no npc and no insta

4.0 emu bugs:

4.0 siege map error: can I book and it will spawn at the same time ely, ASMO, Balaur NPC

4.0 80% missing npc map, which is inside the 10% 1hp and no drop

4.0 dungeons are not available, no entrance, all the way inside npc 1hp and no drop

3.7 hexaway the dungeons are not npc spawn off
3.7 dragonlordsrefuge it insta 80% npc and it's bad for all the wrong instability

4.0 map dungeons entrance and , 4.0 map another door is not a gateway
