4.6 Server development few questions

Hello everyone i've got a question regarding few things im trying to develop a server for me and my friends based on official files we obviously wanna play normally without gm commands etc to enjoy the game more but we'd like to increase the chances of socketing/enchanting the gear a bit but i can't seem to find how or where to look any clues? i would appreciate any tips thanks in advance.

On a side note is there a way for like a noexp. command ? to implement in the server been hearing it's only on java emulator? if yes how?or where and then turn it on again?

Most, if not all emulators, are java based using an open source core. Ones that are built in other languages are all closed source.

For most things you can find the configs in /config/main/

So what about those closed sources like i've bentioned my files aren't emulated in java im kinda lost with how to do some things :D especially the ones i've mentioned .

What core and what language is it?

Its official files so theres no core (it's not an emulator) iv'e got official NA files for 4.6 client .
