4.7.5.5 .dll Support ???

Hello,

I am done with my 4.7.5.5 Server [Opcode/Packets] and Datapacks (xml) [used the Not Aion .dll with Cheatengine "change the IP"] but how can i create my own .dll ? any one know how ?

i dont think so becuse i can only connect with the Not Aion dll on my Server if i change the IP so ?

first of all :
this is not "Not Aion .dll" but "No-Ip dll"
and second one:
wish to use stuff like "Cheatengine" - not sure that will get many help after that
and the last one:

P.S. sure, you know how to sniff packets and then get opcodes, how to write service to them, how need to edit data pak part => and don't know how to create simple no-ip dll

I am done with the packets and opcodes / crypt and and .... datapacket is parsed with my one "server files based parser" and yes i dont know how to work with a dll whats the problem ? i need to know all ?

if its so easy can u upload a no ip dll for me ? + win8.1 support ?
