Admin rights

Greetings all

It's been a week and i have managed to break the server twice ... once trying to activate the halloween event and the other trying to free fly lol ... both events i've lost the progress i've
made in the game and my char < lol ... still noob >

any case ... i'm trying to give myself admin rights to use admin commands but to no success...
edited the database and gave myself lvl 3 account but still not allowing me to use admin commands ....

please advise...
