Aion 4.0 Lightning - How to dedicate?

Please can anybody can help me HOW to dedicate Aion 4.0 Lightning - Dwarfpicker?
Ive done everything at my server, the only thing is Im too tired playing all alone.
My friends in different city here in Phillipines want to play at my server.

How to make it ONLINE, or allows them to connect my server via online NOT wan/lan.

Even though I pay every month.

Please can anybody help?
