Servers running AION PTS version 4.6
However, a socket error occurred within two hours.
As a result of searching the log,
DB Socket Close 13e8d4 (13d15430)!!! Default Socket
They want me to tell them what to fix.

Is it possible for you to post a full copy of the logs, and Is your server hosted locally, hamachi or on a vps. Finally, can you share the configurations as long as there's nothing personal in there.
