Aion 4.9 Lighning EMU, BUG "Arena" we cant attack

The server works correctly, the instances also but the Pvp arena as soon as we join a 1v1 arena, the arena starts we can’t hit it we can jump etc, heal on ourselves but we can not fight! Do you have any idea which file should be modified please? I am lost!
