Aion 5.8 NPC Drops and Movement

Aion 5.8 NPCs does not drop any items nor moving, only friendlies move.

tried editing xml files under:
\data\static_data\npc_drops\ and \data\static_data\npc_walker but so far not working

Also tried editing npc_drop.dat in \data\static_data\npc_drops\ but still does not work.

any working game server files for Aion 5.8 shared would be greatly appreciated.
