Aion back to level 1 After reboot

Hello me and my m8 are having issues about our aion 2.5 server everytime we make reboot our levels go back to 1 =/ if you know how to fix it please help me out :) the files we use are called Aion 2.5+Motion+Custom if im correct :)

When you open the database are your levels still 55? If so can you do all the level 55 skills etc?

If everything gets reset it's a server issue and i would be trying another one.
