aion connecting error

hi i have a problem my friend connect to my server and then he press quit not logout the second time he try to connect again and he gets canot connect to authorization server error what i must do?

first make sure you have the ipconfig file set for your external ip after that make sure ports 7777 and 2106 are open on firewall or modem or router which ever u use. after that make sure the bat file is setup for your external ip 2106 port, then make sure he has the dll file for connecting to the 4.0 emu those are the things u need to have people connect to your server.

I use no-ip for ext and the server runs on my local ip. The ipconfing.xml ip is no-ip.
I have open all ports.
For the first time my friend connect to my server but when he quit the game and he try to reconnect he get this error he is not using the bat. He use the uj3 launcher with my no-ip on it
Mabe is the launcher? Or i need a dll for no-ip?
