Aion emu on hamachi

Hi everyone, so my question: is possible to use hamachi as a way to let other player join the server
If yes can someone walk me through what I need to change exactly (is just the IP address 127.0.0.1on the files to the hamachi ip or do i need to change other stuff too like ports or something) . I would've used the normal way using by opening the ports( 80, 7777..) on my router but for some reason the ports connection check always gives me timed-out .so I'm looking for an alternative just to play with a couple of my friends
