Aion GM/Admin/NPC Skills

Hi!

I noticed that some skills are not available via aiondatabase.com if you try looking for it using the search bar but if googled, it gives you a link. I understand that it's like that due to the skills being considered as admin/dev skills. Examples of these skills are Devour Soul, Storm Curtain, Voltaic Storm, etc. I'd like to ask if anyone have a complete list of all those skills including NPC skills since there is this one skill that Kaisinel has that I really want to have.
