Aion Lightning 3.9 Client?

I am trying to look for the client to run Aion Lightning 3.9 that was released on ragezone, but I can't seem to find any client download links for 3.9. Does anybody care to help me out with a link? It would be appreciated!

Just download the Gameforge latest official and then patch it with the dll file. (bin32)

Err, the no-ip d3dthk or something like it. Or else just download the clean files from the release section.

I don't need the clean downloads, the Game Forge version will do apparently, I just need the no-ip, which I'm not sure where to access

Edit:: Error message says "Failed to initialise game" when at the loading screen

Try gamezAion? And patch it with their server launcher and then use the custom start.bat file. Not sure if it works with gameforge (EU) client. But it does work with NA client. c:
