Aion Lightning Reloaded 4.5

I have a question.. there's a bug regarding aethertechs and gunners that I've noticed.. Whenever I use skills on dummies they work perfectly, no dodging.. But whenever I try to use them on players it's like 70% dodge rate ^^ Yes I've changed the trigger rate.. The magical accuracy was like 2.4k so there's no reason..
Anyone knows why? Please I need help ^^

Im using ALR rev 277 with Aion NA 4.5 downgraded client.

I figured there is either MA/MR bug since also assassins magical skills get dodged and also sorc's? I'll help you anyhow I can if you help me, please.
