Aion Server Linux Help

Hello,

I was trying to setup a aion game server on Ubuntu LTS but I kept getting an error while trying to start the login/game server, it says: Unable to open a test connection to the given database.

I checked if the ports were open and the login/password to database is the right one.

Hope anyone can help.
