Aion Website help!

Well the server side website thx to Dwarfpicker has got a lot of good stuff is on http://127.0.0.1:8096/ i have change the conf. of the server and run all to my local ip and the site now is http://192.168.1.1:8096/ but my friends can't connect to it they connect only to server not the web.
What should i change?
Can i change it and make it work with my no-ip?
so my friends can connect and make an account?
if enyone knows plz tell me

you say your friend can connect only a server. i don't know they are connected from external or internal
if it's from external you can use the same logic that you use as a server !

i think you have to learn for basically
- how to get your public ip and port forwarding , firewall

if you can access it from your public ip no-ip is next step

No this is not my problem. I have no-ip and my server runs with it. my frients connect with the .bat file and the ip is: example.no-ip.org.
Me connect to my server to 192.168.1.1 ok?
Now the problem is the web site open to http//192.168.1.1:8096 only to my pc not the others how can i make it live? i need a domain or something else?

you need to change your ipconfig from 192.168.1.1 to 403 Forbidden the ip listed on that site if your using 192.168.1.1 that your lan ip not your WAN
