AL 4.0 1 Click Server: Edit Mob Level + Enter 4.0 Instances

Hey Guys,
maybe someone knows and can help me with this.
How do i edit the Level and HP from a Mob. For Example all Mobs in Idian Depths are Level 1 with 100hp. This kinda sucks so i tried to edit the NPC in the npcs_template.xml file but then Server doesnt start anymore.

And second thing: Is there any way to Enter the 4.0 Instances atm?
No Gates/NPC work to enter them atm so i tried to enter them by: //moveto command and looked for a spawnpoint from an NPC so i land at a boss immedietly. But all what happens is reloading the current Map. It says for example: You entered Infinity Shard your allies are banned from you. But im still standing in Katalam.

npcs_template.xml is the right file but you need to be causious so the syntax of the file do not change!
