For making accounts automatially, try this :
Go to \login\config\network
Open the file named "network.properties"
Edit the following line to look like this -
# Create accounts automatically or not?
loginserver.accounts.autocreate=true
Now, when you type name and password at the logon screen, it will automatically create the account.
Alternatively, you could search google for a Web based account creation tool. There are many available.
