ASP.Net Client just for login authentication???

Seems like rather a long leap if you ask me. I was hoping I could add an account through the database, instead of relying on the account creation tool that Aion provided. Because I don't know the passwords into any of the current players accounts to test the game, as well as I have no idea what the hell I am doing when I try to set up an ASP.Net w/ .Net Core 5.0.0 client through AKIIX's brief guide. He says he won't make a guide or video tutorial, but without that, I cannot set up the server's account creation tool, because I don't know what I am doing.

Please, no slander, "google it", or jokes. Only serious post.
