Can I host an Aion PS with this pc?

Hello, so I'm new to the whole server dev thing. basicly I have a PC that I don't use for anything and I wanted to open an Aion PS. I'm just wondering if this pc is good enough to host a decent PS without lag

500 GB HD 7400 RPM
intel Dual Core 2.1 ghz
2 GB dd2 Ram.

don't really remember the rest.

basicly I'm making a server for PVP.

also. I was wondering how to disable the glowing energy "skill" that apears when you start killing.

I'm building my server based on a repack so

Depends on your connection. Your specs are ok, but to properly host a server you need a 10mbit up/down connection or better still 100mbit up/down connection.

Depending how many players you are planning on holding also.
