the file are Aion 4.7.5 by GigaTr00n

And he fixed by adding the ports in firewall in input and outpost, but I don't know how to do it, can someone please help me?
I've already added the no-ip to the folder bin32 and bin64.

Also check the cc.ini file on the Client, and then make the change for the language you will use.

Don't forget that l10n needs to be: ENU, ENG or RUS.

Thanks a lot everyone now it works, I also changed the gameserver.country.code = 2 to 1 in gameserver.properties and now it works.
