can't connect login server

Well i installed everything right but it seems i can only connect my server at localhost
but after i change it to my externalIP i can't connect the login server. really strange because it can connect the gameserver but not my login server ...

heres my config of the Login Server

# LoginServer will listen for connections on specified port
loginserver.network.client.port = 2106

# LoginServer will bind specified network interface
# * - bind all interfaces
loginserver.network.client.host = *

Please tell me how to fix this

Check password GS & LS
check it ! config
# LoginServer location
gameserver.network.login.address = localhost:9014

# LoginServer password for this GameServer
gameserver.network.login.password = xxxx
