Can't see skills IDs

Hello I want to see the skills IDs from the client_skills.xml but it all appears in NUL, SOH, STX, ETX, etc.
Is there any way to convert the file or something so I can get the Skills ID? I cant use aiondatabse.net because it gives me an incorrect ID because I am using 4.7.5 see the image below:

In the database the skill ID for Absorbing Fury its 780

But when I use the command //addskill 780 1 it gives me the Mau form
