Its depend about with files we talking about :D

AL-Game\config\main\custom.properties

i'am try and giga source, and youre chat-server, and all request min 30 lvl to use chat-channels

i think what problem in STR_MSG_CANT_CHANNELCHAT_LEVEL, this message no used in packet
