4.7, 4.8, 4.9 are good that thanks to GigaTr00n, but it still contains a lot of bugs and also contains critical bugs.
It's finally Encom leaks are incomplete with bugs (also contains critical bugs) and need fixing.

@FelipeDoido You can use my Aion 3.5 or Aion 4.3, these are the best
The two Emulators were online on a private server in Brazil, USA and the France.

The Aion Lightning release comes with original GeoData made from Mr.Poke

Probably there is no better Aion 3.5 as yours, but I'm sure there are some Aion 3.9 better as your 3.5.
The number of Aion 3.5 public private server were to small versus Aion 3.9Aion 3.9 NextGen and
Aion 3.9 Extreme runs more then 2 years on public server with minor need if fixes.
None of AionGermany (Falke34) releases was tested on a public private server. Falke34 got never enough time to finish more then 60% of his release, with such a little team of 3 developers.
Aion 4.9 update 660 based on Aion Lightning and Aion German, Falke34... Continuing fixes.
Falkes Aion 4.8 and 4.9 are based on Aion-Core.
There is no other criteria to be able to say that a server software is good or bad as several
month to run it on a public server with 100-400 or more players.
I have that Aion 5.8 Enkom leak. The Aion 5.8 from ArchSoft is more PvP extended.Aion 5.8 based on Encom, now i have the code again, fixed bugs.
