before u want to set level of some character, u must click like the picture in attachment... for choose target to set level ( if u want set the some one, i mean not ur character u must click on the body of character for choose target to set level, sorry about my English )

and type GM Command

//set level <level>

*Note i the fist time u can set max level 9 ! u must finish the quest change class for group up level 10 and more level...(or use command change class for it...)
